Obituary of Angela “Geli” Gabriele PAGENKOPF

Our beloved daughter and sister Angela (Geli) passed away into the loving arms of Jesus on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at the age of 44 years.

Born July 18, 1975, Angela grew up in Springbank where she attended school from K-12. After graduation Angela moved to Langley, BC where she started a successful career in the automotive industry. In 2011 she returned to Calgary to continue her career here. Two years ago she was diagnosed with breast cancer and after a courageous battle, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ called her home. No more pain and no more suffering.

Angela is survived by her loving parents, Erhard and Ursula Pagenkopf; her brother and sister-in-law Troy and Monika Pagenkopf;  her sister and brother-in-law Julie and Mike deBoer; her niece and nephews, Zachary, Ethan, and Seth, Adam, Luke and Joy; and her aunts, uncles and cousins.  Angela is also survived by her beloved dog Murphy who was her constant companion until the end.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Park Memorial, 5008 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB) on Friday, March 20, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This will provide an opportunity for viewing and closure. You are encouraged to attend as this is come-and-go and not a group gathering.
