Condolences
One of my earliest ( and fondest ) memories of Vikki were when she and Colin were attending an AGA in Athens, Greece. The shopping was GREAT there, and they found two beautiful, but huge and heavy alabaster lamp bases which they schlepped through the airports and onboard the flights as carryon baggage! As you may imagine, this was well before the airlines instigated stringent limits on carryon baggage for all. Vikki was so nice, always calm and rarely not smiling.
She was also my first contact with someone who was interested in more natural remedies to good health. I loved her garden, too. My deepest sympathies go to Colin and the family for the loss of this wonderful person.
Colin and family, I'm so sorry for the loss of Vikki!
Her generosity of spirit, positive attitude and warm smile will be with us forever,
Thinking of you

Condolences and sympathies to Colin and to the Family. I really enjoyed working with Vikki at Air Canada . I worked with Vikki for most of her career at Calgary airport. Vikki was a very Classy Lady and her kind ways were always present in the manor she treated her fellow colleagues and the customers. I'm glad Vikki was able to retire from full time employment at AC in 2000 to enjoy her Family and Friends.
Our sincere condolences to you and all your family for your loss, she was a great woman to know GOD BLESS HER
I work at Air Canada with Vikki also on the Pionairs board. Colin my thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. Vikki was a fabulous person and grateful she entered my life.

My condolences to all the family. I worked with Vikki for many years at the Calgary Airport. She was always a pleasure to work with and a great supporter of many of the things that went on in our Air Canada World. She always had “words of wisdom” for her working colleagues, kind of in a motherly way. Take care.
Colin, Don, Katherine and families........
Our hearts and prayers are with you all. We all have so many memories with Auntie Vikki right from when we little children to our own children having memories with family times with you all. She always enjoyed when all of us could get together. Remember the good times we shared with such an influential wife, mom, grandma and auntie. Auntie Vikki loved life and she loved to laugh; some of my fondest memories of and with her always revolve around her laughter.
Please know all of you are in our daily thoughts and draw on all of the precious memories you have to get you through this difficult time.
We will miss her......
I wish that I had known Vikki better. I felt she had a huge spiritual and instinctive view of people that lead her to be a teacher of friends and colleagues. I learned from Vikki and realized that her friends and relatives were blessed to have her. That is the compliment I pay her from my heart. Rest in peace Vikki. You have done your job well on earth. Wendy Kraft,
We were deeply saddened to hear of Vikkis passing. She was a wonderful friend throughout the years. Please accept our deepest condolences.

Dear Colin,
I just read about Vikki in the Calgary Herald. I am so sorry for your loss. She was a dear lady who I had the pleasure to curl with at the Glencoe for many years. What a team we had! So much fun! I ran into Vikki at a Ladies’ breakfast at church a few years ago. It was wonderful to catch up. I always enjoyed spending time with Vikki. I look back at those times fondly. I still have my matching curling blue/yellow curling jacket! I am thankful for the memories. Please let me know if you do something for Vikki in the future - I would love to attend.
Again, so sorry for your loss.
Love, Meg Thoutenhoofd
