Obituary of John Carl JENSEN

August 20, 1928 – Soborg, Denmark

April 20, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

John C. Jensen passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020 at the age of 91years. 

John came to Canada in 1951 and loved it here so much that he became a Canadian Citizen. He was a Royal Danish Guard, Bricklayer and a Stone Mason. For over 40 years his company John Jensen Masonry Ltd helped to build Calgary and Alberta. He was very hardworking and creative with a great sense of humour and had a great life.

He was a good husband to his wife Hilda for over 60 years. He was Father to Suzanne, John and Peter and daughter-in-law Tracy, and Grandfather to Jager and Trinity (and cat Chinooky). He loved his two sisters Ruth and Ulla and the whole family in Denmark. Thank you to friends and everyone, God Bless Him.
