Obituary of Virginia Elizabeth CUNNING
March 29, 1946 - Turner Valley, Alberta
April 25, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta
Ginny passed away at home with her family at her side after a long journey with multiple sclerosis.
She is survived by her husband Leslie, her son Michael (Melina) of North Vancouver, her daughter Sarah (Raymond) of Nassau, The Bahamas, her son Matthew (Susanna) of Calgary; and grandchildren, Caleigh, Ciaran, Caelan, Olivia and Evelyn. She is also survived by her sisters, Susan Lyons of Calgary and Catherine Shaw (Charles) of High River.
She was predeceased by her father Robert Wesley Lyons and mother Catherine Elizabeth Lyons.
A private family celebration will be held in the summer. In lieu of flowers, if so desired, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Sheep River Health Trust, www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/sheep-river-health-trust/.
