Cayla and PhiI:
I was so saddened to hear about Carol. She was an amazing co-worker who I adored. Her presence was greatly missed on the 7th Floor when she retired. May she rest in peace

I'm very sorry for your loss of a mother and a wife. Anything I can do please ask.
I send my sincere and deepest sympathies to Cayla and Phil. As well as to the extended family. Carol was almost my mother-in-law and what a great mother she was. She was always up for a good laugh and was always willing to have a heart to heart talk. She is a lady I will always admire for her love of family, as seen in the many wonderful family gatherings she had with everyone. She will live forever and ever in my heart.
I wish to express my deepest condolences to Phil, Cayla and the rest of Carol's family. Carol had been a big part of my career at Fording Coal. She supported me and our Projects group as we undertook many diverse activities in Canada and many countries worldwide. Much of our work was hectic and had difficult priorities and as we approached deadlines the preparation of reports and proposals was a massive undertaking of documents that fell on her desk. Late nights and weekend work was done willingly when required. Daily support for our Projects team was always diverse and challenging. Carol was an instrumental part of the achievements of our very successful corporation and I am very thankful and respectful for her skills, contributions, friendship, and loyalty provided over most of her work career.
My deepest condolences to Cayla and Phil. I have fond memories of Cayla's parents when I was thankful to be Cayla's teacher in elementary school. Caroline and Phil were always delightful to meet with. You have many warm memories to cherish. I wish you peace in your sorrow. Carole Stanford.
