It is with great sadness that I write my condolences to the family. It is always a pleasure to spend time with you all. I will miss our get togethers with Steve. He was a remarkable man and lived each day as well as he could. He had such a range of interests and was so knowledgeable in so many areas. I often came home after a get together and looked up something that Steve mentioned that piqued my interest. I know that he loved sports and was a fierce competitor. He fought such a valiant battle, he really loved his life with you and the boys. I am sure that he cherished all your support and love. I hope that your memories will sustain you at this difficult time. Hoping to hear from you soon.
Cousin Barb

This is Kim Snyder and I do recall the great talks I had working with Steve at Westcoast Petroleum. He was a great guy who taught me a lot about Land issues in the Patch. He will be sadly missed and I hope Brenda and the family are doing well.
Hi Brenda,

So sorry Brenda. Thinking of you and your family. May wonderful memories fill the emptiness in your heart. Steve was a kind, funny, overall wonderful man.
Beautiful last words for such a beautiful soul. He will be missed deeply by everyone who was lucky enough to have the pleasure of his company. Above his generosity, kindness, and good nature, I will always remember his amazing creativity and award winning "Charades" skills ;) So sorry for your loss, Brenda, Jason, and Mark. Love Always
Our deepest sympathy Brenda and family with the loss of Steve. Steve was always a pleasure to be around in the Picture Butte Mens open scramble. We enjoyed his wit and good humour. Steve kept things light when his younger brother Mitch lost his cool on the golf course. You can enjoy a good golf game with your brothers. May you Rest In Peace
Randy and Helen
