Condolences
I am so sorry to hear of Linda's passing.
Deepest sympathy to Linda's family-- she was so proud of you !
We became friends when Linda provided accounting services to Parkinson Alberta.
Since then I have treasured our phone conversations.
I appreciated Linda's sense of humour, positive attitude, high standard of ethics,
community service and love of family & her dogs.
Rest in peace

Linda provided bookkeeping services to many of my clients and did an outstanding job. If there was a client whose issues were complicated or required special sensitivity, I was on the phone to Linda. Her skill and integrity were both so valuable. But she also became a good friend to all of us who worked with her. She will be missed!
Linda was a force to be reckoned with! I appreciated her honesty and candor and the great integrity and sense of accountability that she brought to any task at the church. She will be missed. Condolences to you Ruth and your family at this sad time.

Our deepest sympathies are with you during this time of loss. Linda was a wonderful mother, grandmother and she was very proud of her family. We hope you can find comfort in the loving memories you have of her to help you through this time.
Ruth, I was sad to read your mom's obituary in the Calgary Herald. I'm thinking about you. Your friend, Laurie Dolph
Sending loving thoughts & deepest sympathy - remembering Linda's amazing talents, unlimited energy, fondest, memories of family times, especially "Boyscott Jamboree" & one short, recent, totally unexpected, treasured visit. May wonderful memories soon warm your hearts.
Loads of love & virtual hugs,

I met Linda through Rotary at Calgary West 3 years ago. We worked closely on the accounting side of Rotary and she was very thorough - she found my mistakes! Beyond this and more importantly she became a true friend. We gave a go at learning to play bridge together. We had made plans for other get togethers but they never came to pass due to the pandemic. In the mean time we both enjoyed our chats. She was truly lovely and i will cherish the memories made in the short time I knew her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
Peace
Judy Cochran.
So sorry to hear of Linda's passing. She was a huge help to us as an organization and she was very good at what she does. You will surely be missed Linda. I pray that God comforts all your friends and family through this difficult time.
Rest in peace.
Frank and I met Linda and Norm through Scouting. We spent many weekends camping at Camp Gardner and enjoyed playing archery golf with them. We attended a Woodbadge training session in Hawaii with Linda and Norm in 1978 and spent many enjoyable hours together. We will miss your smiles Linda and your friendship. We feel blessed to have known you.

Linda's neighbor, Rose, introduced Linda and I only about 9 months ago and I liked Linda immediately. She had what I would call a no nonsense kinda attitude and a great sense of humor. Our relationship was business based but we had several "coffees" both in person and over Zoom. I was looking forward to her becoming a friend as that was the direction we were headed in. We shared thoughts on aging and knitting and I got to introduce her to a knitting app that she really liked. Her passing has come as such a surprise. Deepest condolences to everyone in Linda's circle - a wonderful woman will be missed. Mitzi Murray

We met Linda and Norm through Rotary. Our first Guess Who's Coming to Dinner was with them and the Sadlers. We had lots of long, enjoyable discussions while camping at our ranch with them and the Sadlers.
Linda was always so helpful and caring and such a good listener.

The Sadler and Haines families have been friends for about forty- three years. During that time as the children grew older we enjoyed many camping trips, scouting weekends at Camp Gardner, RV trips through the USA, birthdays and Christmases, Rotary and Churdh events, Linda served as President of the Rotary Ann’s of the Rotary Club of Downtown Calgary for a year at one point. Linda was always making sure everybody was cared for, fed and watered. The two Moms, Linda and Jean enjoyed several overseas trips to Wales, Ireland and UK. It was particularly “interesting” getting Linda to drive a rental car on what we called the wrong side of the road and we had a good many giggle over Irish Coffees and the odd rum and coke in a Welsh pub. Always there to support and help others, Linda will be missed a great deal. Our sympathies and love go to Ruth, David. Sarah, Tricia and Christina; Linda was so proud of you all.
