Condolences
I’m so sorry to hear this. Leslie was a huge part of my life as a child.
Be at peace my friend ♥️
Our deepest sympathies to Skip, Janelle and family. Leslie was our neighbour of many years, and we will miss her friendly smile and a chat. She fought so hard and left us all too soon.
Our thoughts are with you.
Olga, Karsten, Nicolas and Daniel Nielsen
I’m so very sad to hear of Leslie’s passing. A junior high and high school fellow student gone way too soon. My condolences to the entire family.
My sincere condolences to Leslie's family and friends. I have had the pleasure of knowing Leslie for many years. I will fondly remember her resilience, wit, humour and smile.
Skip, So sorry to hear of your daughter's passing,- best wishes to the family. We are thinking of you!
Skip. I am very sorry to hear of Leslie's passing. She fought hard and with a smile on her face. I will never forget her smile and sense of humour. She could light up a room, yet still be quite shy. Hugs and prayers to you and the family!
Skip and family, I am so very sorry to hear of your great loss in the death of your beautiful daughter, Leslie. In time, I pray, your memories together will bring you great joy and peace. Much love, Jill (Lightle)
My sincerest apologies to Leslie’s family and friends. We worked together for many years and shared a wonderful connection. Leslie had many talents in this lifetime one being the kindness of her heart. Always worrying about others and willing to give a helping hand no matter what. I will remember her for her infectious smile and the way she would light up like a Christmas tree every time she talked about her grandchildren. Leslie I know you fought hard and wished you had more time. I am proud of you. Truly yours May.
My deepest sympathies to the entire Morgan family during this difficult time. Ever since I heard about Leslie I can't stop thinking about her. I was at Western Canada High School and was on the winning basketball Team with Leslie. While I know she was a star player, what I remember most about her was her fun spirit, her wicked sense of humor and her kind manner with everyone. She made me laugh...and she laughed at my jokes!
I got to know Leslie even better when she came out to Toronto for two weeks one summer and stayed with us. My twin sister Catherine, Trish Anderson and I were all room-mates in a small apartment where Leslie was a most welcome guest. We had a blast together. The two photos I just uploaded show one of those evenings out on the town...at the infamous Ye Olde Brunswick House! As I looked at these photos, and the other ones that have been posted here, I see what they all have in common - Leslie's 1000-watt smile that could light up a room.
In time, I hope that you all find peace in the happy memories of Leslie.
Take care, Deirdre Stephens (nee Saarinen)
My deepest sympathies to Skip, Reid, Janelle and the Morgan family. I am sorry for your loss! I have such fond memories of growing up with Leslie - playing together, celebrating birthday's and always sharing laughs and fun at the wonderful get together's with family and friends that Marj & Skip hosted every year on Christmas eve. I always remember Leslie's outgoing personality, brilliant smile and infectious laugh that would light up the room and everyone around her.
Rest in peace my friend,
Jill (Everett) & Derek Gaume
I remember the day this beautiful picture of Leslie was taken. Leslie and Janelle wore matching outfits. She was very happy and full of laughter. I think we were celebrating a birthday. It was one of the many family gatherings at the Morgan home.
Rembering Leslie and her beautiful smile. You will never be forgotten. May you rest in peace.
Joan Everett
