Condolences
Dear Susan, Rod, Kathi-Jo, Bruce and families; we’re so sorry to hear of Uncle Frank’s passing. He was a great man. I have a ton of great memories growing up near you all (camping, living at Delacour.....). Our deepest condolences.
Love Garry & Teresa
We send our condolences to Frank's family. He is truly missed by his buddy and table-mate at Evanston Manor: George Phelps.
Stan, George's son, always enjoyed eating dinner with "the boys" and talking about sports and about many different topics.
Frank was a very fine man, full of spirit and friendship.
He is missed at the Evanston Manor by many people.
The Phelps Family send their condolences.

Dear Uncle Frank, the apple of my eye. I have so many memories of our wonder times together. You brought me to Calgary for a holiday when I was 10. Your sense of humor, we were doing the supper dishes and you said if there any food still on the plates, not to worry as we could have it at the next meal. You thought it was quite funny when I with hands on hips wanted to know why you were late coming home from work, you had been golfing with buddies. Me overwatering the lawn that you were going to cut...oooppppssss. You and Aunt opened your home to Allan and I so many many times, in Haysboro, on the acreage, in Whitehorn and in Macewan Ridge. A second home for us. You took us up the Calgary (now Husky) Tower, to Banff, to Kananaskas, out to diner (that you always insisted on paying for) to the zoo where you tore my money saying it was no good and you would have to pay. Allowing us to drain your gas tank riding the tractor around the acreage, wiener roast around the fire pit, riding the horses. We always looked forward to spending time with you and Aunt Nan. When you would come to Saskatchewan for work you always came for a visit and many times spent the night. You and Aunt Nan came and stayed with us many times, and you still always insisted on paying when we went out for a meal. How we loved that you cam to our home. The look on your face when one time Peter asked if it was true you shot the top off the Eiffel Tower. When I sent you photos of your condo in Hawaii that we could see from our hotel balcony, your reply tore at my heart strings “wish I was there now”. Wish you could have been. Your last visit to Saskatchewan with Rod and Susan that you enjoyed so much. So glad we could be a part of that visit....sorry about the apron though. So many memories that will remain in my heart. You will be dearly missed. Rest In Peace. “We’ll meet again, don’t know where, don’t know when, but I know we’ll meet again some sunny day”.
Susan, Rod, Kathi, Bruce, grandchildren and spouses, great grandchildren, I know you are hurting now, but remember you are so blessed to have had him in your lives, and he was so blessed to have had you in his. You were his pride and joy.
Allan and I send our love to each of you. Our thoughts will be with you on the 27th. Hugs
