Dear Judy, Jeff, Chris, Maren and families, my heart is aching for you. It was a pleasure to get to know Gord and to see how he was with all of you, and particularly with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed, but will be keeping watch over you until you meet again. My thoughts and prayers are with you, and I wish you all peace and comfort at this time.
Dear Judy, Jeff, Chris, Maren and families,
My heart breaks for all of you. My fondest memories of Gord are from when I was a young teen and we would all go to Drumheller for Boxing Day celebrations at Auntie Edna and Uncle Bill’s. I remember being in the kitchen with Judy, my mom and Auntie helping prepare the meal, and Gord would come along, give Judy a squeeze, a kiss and disappear. A “drive by” bit of love. I have always admired the loving relationship that Gord had with not only Judy but with his immediate and extended family. He will leave a big hole in this world, but will be watching over all of you until you meet again.
Tim and I are both keeping you in our thoughts and hearts.
Love to all of you, my cousins. ❤️
