I had the pleasure of growing up as a neighbour of the James family for many years. Charlie always had the most amazing warmth about him. He was such a gentle, loving and kind person. His smile would bring immediate joy to my heart. I have so many wonderful memories that I will cherish forever. My deepest condolences go out to Del, Karen, Gary, Emma and all of his family & friends for the loss Charlie, he will be missed by so many of us.
