Obituary of Horst Werner BULTMANN

September 16, 1939 – July 7, 2020 

Horst Werner Bultmann, beloved husband of Brigitte Bultmann, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at the age of 80 years. 

He is survived by his wife, his two sons and daughters-in-law, and his three grandchildren. Horst worked as a general contractor, even after being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 1995. He died peacefully, at home with his family.

Funeral Services will be held at Calgary Community Church (5136 - 17 Ave. NW) on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. To all our friends and family, we want to openly welcome those who are able to join us at Calgary Community Church. If you are planning to attend Horst's service in person, please register/RSVP at the following link: https://reopen.church/r/YCPb45gj. For those who are unable to attend – and especially those outside of Canada – we will be setting up a streaming service. Details will be posted on the Calgary Community Church website: www.calgarycommunitychurch.com/live-stream. Graveside Service to follow at Queen's Park Cemetery. An Open-House Reception will be hosted at the Bultmann Residence. We will be having a picnic lunch outside on the lawn!
