Dear Les, Anne, Ryan, Steve and family:
So sad to hear that Margaret has passed away. I have fond memories of her. She was indeed a hard working woman, working side by side with George at the Glenmorgan Confectionery, keeping a meticulous home and cooking fabulous dinners for her family.
She kept the Hungarian tradition in the kitchen, cooking cabbage rolls, goulash, paprika chicken etc. She was a loving mother and grandmother and she will be missed and remembered always. Take care and God Bless.
Adele
Les, I wish to extend my deepest condolences on the loss of your mother, and to Steven and Ryan on the loss of their grandmother. Margaret and George worked very hard to make a good living in Canada. I recall when they had a cabin at Chestemere Lake and would invite us over to enjoy their hospitality and boat rides on the lake. I last saw Margaret at a familly gathering several years ago. She had lost her eyesight but surprisingly she recognized me by my voice, and we had a lovely long chat. She was very gracious. RIP Margaret.
