The Adu-Darko family got to know Ayo and family when we arrived in Calgary in 1989. Instantly, we bonded and became particularly good family friends and later became next door neighbours for several years.
Ayo, as we all affectionately called him, was exceedingly kind in nature, generous, loving and patient and to top it all, very great sense of humour.
We will all surely miss Ayo especially during all those occasions when we all meet as one big family. Ayo loved Christmas and he was more than a Santa to most of us.
We are all very saddened by your passing and you will remain in our thoughts always.
Rest in Perfect Peace, our dear Brother, until we meet again.
