I am so very sorry to learn of Margaret's passing. I was fortunate to have worked with Margaret for a few years
on the Board of Directors of the Good Companions Club. Margaret was always hard-working, thoughtful and
always striving for the best for our club and our members. She was a valuable part of us.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

For many years Margaret served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Good Companions 50 Plus Club. She was totally devoted to "the Club" and along with her daughter Penelope worked many volunteer hours on behalf of Good Companions. Even after retirement from the Board she was a mentor extraordinaire to the Board and Staff, always ready to lend her knowledge and experience.
It was always such a pleasure to see Margaret and Jim when they attended the AGMs and special events at the Club. Although I hadn't been in touch with her for awhile I am constantly aware of her wonderful legacy with respect to Good Companions 50 Plus Club.
