Condolences
Kathleen was my Brownie leader when I was a child. I remember attending Brownies and Guides at the community center that was attached to Nellie McClung Elementary. I remember Kathleen fondly for her loving smile and big hearted laugh. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My sincerest condolences to the family and those who loved her.
Sincerely,
Julie Gelsing (nee Bretz)

Please accept our family's deepest sympathies for your loss. Our children attended Ethel M. Johnson Elementary School from 1986 to 1996, and we have fond memories of Mrs. Hunter being the friendly go-to person in the school office. Her presence there created a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for the entire community of students, parents and staff of Ethel M. What a sweet lady! She will be remembered.

Deepest Sympathy to Gordon, Stuart & Mary, Murray & Colinda, Nancy & Allan and all those precious grandchildren that I know Kathleen would have loved to bits!
Indeed a very sad day for me to open the paper to see Kathleen's name, and see that happy face!
Best neighbour, fabulous friend, great Mum, a special partner, wonderful cook, happy lady, full of fun, a joy to be with.
Best memories are having many visits, always full of laughs! The other special memory was being an awesome leader with me at Brownie camps at Mockingbird usually in August for 4 days. We had a great team of leaders that created an awesome 4 days for 15 to 20 young girls each year. Wonderful memories! May you rest in Peace!
Blessings and prayers for each of you, Wilma & Barrie Clark
Nancy and Family,
I had so much fun hanging out at the Hunter home as a kid. No matter how many times I showed up for a sleepover or how many root beers and mini pizzas we consumed, I always felt welcomed. Right into adulthood 'Mrs. Hunter' was kind and gracious to me, and she has a special place in my growing-up memories. I'm so sorry for your loss.
Sending you love and hugs at this sad time,
Jen McVean (McNamee)
