Condolences
I do not know your family and have waited to send this message. I hope the pain of Suzanne's death has eased. I want to commend you for your honesty about Suzanne's death. Honesty about depression and its consequences is so important but rarely talked about. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Jim and Judi, we are deeply saddened by the news of your loss. Although we left Glamorgan many years ago, Marilyn and I are thinking of you here in Medicine Hat.
Sincerely, Marilyn & Norm Emann
Dear Susanne,
I want you to know, what you did for me is more than you will ever know.
Finding you was one of the best things in my life. I can’t believe you had only been in my life for 4 years. It feels like we had know each other longer.
You embodied the mother I want to be for my daughter. Your kindness and patience you showed daily to others. You were humble and caring.
I will forever miss our talks and your understanding. The advice you gave me to know I was not alone in motherhood.
I will treasure our scary movie dates. And play dates with the kids.
You started out as a second mom to my daughter and quickly grew into my best friend.
4 years was not long enough. But I’m great full to have had you in my life for any period of time.
I will always remember your warm smile and kind embrace. You gave so much of yourself to others.
I will see you again friend.

So sorry to read of the death of your daughter. Mental Health issues are so hard to understand and cope with for your loved ones.
May time erase your grief and warm memories take its place.

Dear Susanne:
My heart aches for your family and all the lives you've touched; there are certainly many.
Some days hit me a little harder than others. Evelyn talks about you constantly about all the fun things you've done with her. You've made a huge impact in her life and brought me great peace of mind when she was in your care. You opened your arms and your home to us. You facilitated so many new friendships. Your home was the center of our community.
I envied your patience and grace with all the children you welcomed into your home. You really were a second mom to them all.
Knowing that a part of you lives on in those two beautiful girls of yours makes losing you just a little less painful. We wish we could turn back the clock. We wish you were still here. We miss you.
May your soul find rest.
With Love,
Evelyn and Lindsey
