Condolences
Last night after the viewing and we started to reminice of all the good times, I had this memory pop up in my head that was to funny not to share....I was probably 16 at the time and Graham had picked me up from school were driving down deerfoot and he closes his eyes going really fast down deerfoot im freaking out yelling and trying to get him to open his eyes....he continually did this over the years and always said trust me im a great driver.....it wasn't until like 10 years later he told me he always had his left eye open ......so I was just gullible and thought he was driving blind....all those years haha
My deepest condolences to the family for your great loss. I had the pleasure of meeting Graham through our mutual friend Tricia. I hired him to do work in my home-and he did a fantastic job. He was very patient with me as I was living in Kelowna while the work was being done and he had to constantly send me pictures so I could see the progress daily.
Not only did he work on my house, he kept my fur babies company and took care of them daily. Our chats regarding the house renos soon turned into chats and conversations about life and recovery. We would often send each other thoughts or daily devotions that would bring encouragement to one another. He was a great source of strength for me during the very difficult time of caring for my ailing father who passed away in December.
Graham always demonstrated care and compassion towards me and he will be truly missed by those who knew him. I pray that his family find strength during this very difficult time.
“I miss you more today than I did yesterday, but not as much as I will tomorrow!”
Missed, but never forgotten.
I am so sorry to hear of this loss. My deepest sympathies are with Graham's family and close friends right now.
I spent a couple years living next door to him and I will cherish those memories forever. Kiddy pools, kitchen dance parties, some of the best food I have ever experienced, and lots and lots of laughs. Graham was also an incredibly supportive friend, and I sure appreciated the chats we used to have about life and love.
Gone, but never forgotten. Rest in Paradise friend.

We started an annual (sober) camping trip so Graham "G" to me took me way out in the boonies somewhere past Cochrane. We were determined camping trips could be just as much fun clean. Once it got dark he said " OK" we have to come up with a bear plan. I said "a what????" Scared I said ok what do we do? He said "You get into the truck and don't get out. When I said what about you? I'll take care of the bear, I just want you to be safe. That was Graham, always protecting and loving to the fullest. He also taught me how to love myself unconditionally. Teaching me how to rid the stench of a camping trip by burning pine needles in lieu of a shower (seriously Graham). No one can replace you. You will always be my best friend Love ya Trish

Our Family's had some very fun times together! Camping at Green Bay in West Kelowna. Living here in West Kelowna, I still think about those fun camping times when I'm driving along Boucherie Rd.
Graham was such a little cutie!

Sadly had not seen Graham (or the group) in quite a few years now. I will always look back on our time and shenanigans (slip&slide and rooftop parties anyone ??) fondly. One memory that stands out is a weekend trip to Invermere. The whole weekend was a blast but one particular night we all decided to go for a walk and try to scare each other in a random unfinished house that was along the golf course. Those were wonderful years together and Graham will be forever missed. My heart goes out to his family and anyone else who is missing him. Sending lots of love your way <3
We met on April Fool's Day at Symons Valley. Both in our own vehicles while maintaining social distancing. One of my favourite memory of you was our second date - you tried using your measuring tape to pass me some flowers while maintaining 6ft distancing. It was so funny. It failed so u got out of your vehicle and handed me the flowers instead.
Val, her Mom and the boys came out to Westbank for a little holiday. Ed and I got the truck and camper set up for them at a local campground. All 4 of them settled in for a few days of sunshine and fun!! Lots of time in the pool, I think there were some kayaks that the boys used as well. Oh and some fishing too!!
I remember lots and lots of smiles and laughter, good times...good memories...
We send our condolences to you all...
Treasure all of those wonderful memories you have.
Bless you all
much love, hugs and prayers

I’ll miss you buddy. We met at Earls Willow in 2007 and had a lot of great times over the next few following years. Some of the best times I’ll never forget are dressing up for beer fest, training groups (hahaha), rafting at nature’s hideaway and your backyard BBQs. I hope you’re at peace now and love goes out to Mitch and the Langen family and everyone else you touched throughout your life.
Please feel free to leave a note here of any nice memories you would like to share. One of the best memories I have with graham was at christmas when we were little boys about 10 or 12 years old. It was christmas morning with my mom and grandma. We had woken up early to open presents and we both got full plastic visors for our hockey helmets. We both opened them at the same time and Graham literally started squealing at the top of his lungs with joy. (Making me laugh right now) there is a picture that caught this moment which I will try to find. I would love to hear any stories that bring you happiness. Love and peace to all - Mitchell Langen -
