My sympathies to all of Claude's family. It was a shock to hear of his sudden passing. I have known Claude since he started at RE/MAX Central many years ago......always a perfect gentleman in all aspects of any real estate transaction. The industry will miss him and his ever pleasant greetings.

We are so saddened at this news and send along our condolences. Claude has been an incredible support over the years. He has helped our family so many times that it is impossible to count! Claude was always there to offer insight on which plumber to use, a line on a new fridge, electrical advice and was constantly looking for ways to help people. I will never forget the time he randomly dropped off a surveyor tape measure for me. I had, in passing, mentioned that I found them very handy but didn't have my own. He remembered that and months later picked one up for me and dropped it off at the house. It was such a small but incredibly kind act. We are going to miss him.

I grew up a mile down the road from the 'Finns' in a family of six - and they had ten children- so there always was someone our age. They always made room for us in their hearts.

I know Donald always asked about my Uncle Phil when I went to visit on Sunday, and he found it quite funny when I told him he drank my mother's vanilla. I didn't know then what I know now.
