Condolences
Aunt Maureen, Liana, Jennifer and families, please accept my deepest, heartfelt condolences for your loss.
My most treasured memory of my Uncle Pat will always be seeing him at the farm last summer walking Layla. His beautiful blue eyes were smiling and I could tell he was thoroughly enjoying himself. I remember him as a kind, warm and caring Uncle and I could tell he loved his family with all his heart. Everyone who knew him will miss him.
Sending love and hugs to all.
Liana
“Tears are prayers too. They travel to God when we can’t speak.”
Psalm 56:8
So saddened to hear of Pat’s passing. Condolences to you and the family. Take care
It's hard to pick out the memories that mean the most when your talking about someone you have such respect for. There are a few that changed me up until even now , one is Paddys love of family and non judgemental inclusiveness to all . Also the time he stuck up for me before the old man ,he must have been 18- 20 years old it was nothing serious but that was the first time a big brother did that for me. I also remember when he came back from the farm all the adventures he told of farm life . and the relatives out West , made me want to go . I remember him saying more than once all he was is just a farm boy at heart , also he changed the way I think about the politics of life for the better with his wisdom . You'll be with me at the coffee table always Big Brother .
Maureen, Liana, Jennifer & families,
Sending big hugs to you all.
I have been thinking through my memories of Pat for awhile.
When we'd gather at Mom & Dads for occasions, the time would come when hunting, fishing and adventure stories would be shared by the brothers and Dad. They were always so much fun to hear and I was often envious that I wasn't a brother ! Years later we visited Pat & Maureen in Fort McMurray. I got my chance to be "one of the guys" My big brother Pat took us fishing! Everyone caught fish but me, and that was okay. I don't remember who caught the first or the most, but I do remember that Kenny ate the most!
I'll miss you and always love you big brother.

Warmest condolences to Maureen and family.
Pat was my big brother and also a mentor for me during my early years. He took me to the neighborhood ice rink to teach me how to skate. He also took me fishing and helped me with school projects while still at home on 477 Brooklyn St. I always looked up to Pat as someone who was a professional.
Linda and I visited with Pat and Maureen during winter visits at our townhouse in South Padre Texas as well as when trips to us out to Calgary.
You are in our thoughts...
