Obituary of Hazel GOLDSWORTHY

Hazel Goldsworthy, beloved wife of Gary Goldsworthy, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at the age of 58 years.

Hazel was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was born into a large family, and family was everything to her. She loved to entertain her family and friends and her contagious laugh will be missed by everyone who knew her. Though Hazel lived in Alberta since 1993, a big piece of her heart was always in Newfoundland where she was born and raised. Her Newfoundland roots showed in her talent for baking, gardening, crafts, and decorating. Hazel was full of compassion and always there to help others; both humans and animals were drawn to her huge heart.

She will be forever missed by her husband Gary, daughters, Renee (Tony Haines) and Courtney; grandson Luke Jakubowski, twin brother Harold Clarke (Nadine), brothers, Don Clarke (Dora), Mark Clarke (Stephanie), Hugh Clarke (Linda); sisters, Winnifred, Norma (Horace Hookey), Charlotte (David Collins), and Olive (Lloyd Coish); sister-in-law Linda Verge; brothers-in-law, Robert Goldsworthy (Adriana), and Bill Goldsworthy; and her many nieces and nephews. Hazel was predeceased by her beloved son Bryan Goldsworthy, parents, Mark and Mahala Clarke; brothers, Jack Clarke, Alexander Clarke, and Stirling Clarke; and her sisters, Ruby Penney and Jane Green.
