Condolences
Today we read the obituary of your Mom , and so, we are rather late in sending our condolences to all the family .
We have very fond memories of both of your parents . Bob worked in the office in the early 70's for Raffin Electric. And therefore knew your parents very well and of course you "kids" too . Please accept our late but very sincere sympathies.

Dear Kim and family,
Sending our sincere condolences to you on the passing of your dear mother. Please be assured of our thoughts and prayers at this time, from the Kennedy & Boyle Families, Newry Ireland.
Dear Shelley, Kim and families.
With much sadness I read your mom and gramma’s obituary today. I have many memories of Phyllis and Peter , being our friends and bosses!
When Ross passed away in 1981, they were troupers helping Scott and I out in any way they could, but in the years since we lost base but never forgot the Raffins.
Take good care and remember the “memories”!! Much love and hugs to you all, Karen Zinter, nee Souter.
Dear Kim, Shelley and Family,
Another Dear Nordegg Girl. Philis and Pete were defiantly meant for each other. Both very hard working and dedicated people. May the Good Lord Bless you all the Raffin family. Be strong stay together comfort each other.
Ciao Guy Blasetti & The Blasetti Family
Phyllis was very special to me, ever since I was a little girl.
My parents, Mary and Freeman Spracklin, were very close friends of Pete and Phyllis Raffin. They spent much time together.
I remember visiting their home. Pete and Phyllis were wonderful hosts. We were always made to feel welcome there. Sometimes we would all go out for Chinese food sometimes. Phyllis and I would have some laughs about what was going to be ordered. She was like a second Mom to me..caring and supportive and always interested in what path I was choosing in life. She was so good to my Mom, (who also had dementia) and a fabulous friend to my family. I will miss her. Very much. She was the last of a group of friends that shared comeraderie and friendships.. the kind that aren’t formed today. I will watch the sky for the special star that’s Phyllis. ❤️
