Obituary of Brent Ronald BOLSTER

June 9, 1972 – Fredericton, New Brunswick
December 29, 2020 – Calgary, Alberta

It is with profound sadness that the family of Brent Ronald Bolster, announce his sudden passing on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at the age of 48 years.

Brent was a very successful businessman starting in Fredericton in 1991. He gained experience and knowledge in sales and in 1998 he moved to Calgary, Alberta where his true talent for business blossomed. His many ventures included his love to build something from nothing and the love of race car driving. This experience led him to pass on his knowledge, which was very important to Brent, taking him around the world and across the USA teaching young drivers (Indy/Formula) to fulfill their dreams. He was a member of Nascar Canada. He also influenced many young hockey players, as he was a coach in Calgary for many years. He believed he had many great coaches and mentors throughout his life and wanted to pay it forward.

Brent loved spending time at his lake house at Meridian Beach at Gull Lake that he built with Lesley, loved spending time with family and friends enjoying his favourite things; boating, woodworking, building race cars and most recently a Mustang Cobra. He just loved to build things and pass on his knowledge. We will forever miss his tenacity for life and his devilish grin.

Goodbyes are not forever, Goodbyes are not the end.
They simply mean I’ll miss you …..until we meet again.

Brent was a devoted husband to his wife of  20 years and  high school sweetheart Lesley (nee Cottreau); a loving son to parents Earl and Louise Bolster (nee Dooley); loving brother to Lisa Martin (Rob) of Victoria B.C. and Krista Bolster-Robichaud of Calgary, AB ; sister-in-law Laurie Belgrave (Darren) of Calgary, AB. He was the greatest and fun-loving uncle to nieces Megan Robichaud, Abigail Martin and Peyton Belgrave and nephews Robbie Martin and Kael Robichaud. He was a loving and doting Dog daddy to his pups Samantha and Charli. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him, including his many aunts, uncles and cousins all of whom he loved dearly.Brent was predeceased by his dog Nickie.
