Condolences
I have just heard of the passing of Mr. Lawrick (Victor). He was a very kind soft spoken man I have known for almost my whole life. I have always enjoyed and will always remember the conversations we had when we ran into each other in the back alley.
I am sending on behalf of myself and the Vandenhoef family our sincere love and condolences to Marie, Rhonda, Roma, Lewis, Robyn and families .
Easter just passed and in celebration of your life Victor, Rhonda and I made some Cozonac. This sweet sustenance found its place in our hearts via your Romanian heritage, just like those awesome cabbage rolls you used to make for special occasions. Thanks to these tasty rice and meat filled dumplings I finally had a great excuse to give up my boring vegetarian diet.
In short, Vic I wish to thank you for opening up a whole host of flavourful gastronomical opportunities for me. In this and many other ways, my life has been touched for the better through knowing you. Noroc and we celebrate your life well lived.

Our deepest condolences to Marie and family, and to Rosalie as well. Victor was a kind and gentle family man who made the world a better place simply by being here.
Dear Marie and family, I met Vic a few times when you were out shopping for groceries but need to send my sincere condolencs to
your and yours. I will always remember your kindness to me as a young student nurse in Psych. at Calgary General Hospital.
You were my idol as a model RN and knew "your stuff". Cling to the happy memories which is all we have during these dark days.
Sincerely, Edith Schroeder
Vic was our wonderful neighbour for 35 years. My husband and I enjoyed many impromptu chats with Vic over that time. We enjoyed the gift of his yummy cabbage rolls one Christmas! Sending love and sincere condolences to Marie, Rhonda, Roma, Lewis, Robyn and their families.
