Condolences
oh my sweet Lily!
I am so sorry for the loss of your love...my heart goes out to you and your family.
If there is anything I can do, please let me know!
Much love Patti Mayer
It was a pleasure to get to know Len over the last few years. I enjoyed our chats about books and soccer and, of course, hearing him talk about Lily. I am grateful for the time I got to spend with Len, although I feel like it wasn't near enough. My thoughts are with you Lil and your family. Lots of love and hugs your way.
My deepest sympathies to you Lil and all the family, As you know, Len and I go a long way back through the original Lummus connection and so many years following. He played a big role in my working life and I considered him not only a colleague but a friend, He will always hold a place in my heart and in my memories of some great times. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

Deepest sympathies to Lil and family on Len’s passing. He was not only my boss, colleague, and mentor but a wonderful friend for 40 years. He will be missed by everyone who was lucky enough to have him in their lives
My sincere condolences to Lil and Family, I first met Len in 1981 when I started my career at Lummus Calgary and we also worked together at Colt Engineering/WorleyParsons. Len was a kind and gentle person. Although we each worked in different departments, Len always has a smile every time I saw him and he always had time for a quick chat with me.

My heartfelt condolences to Lil and all the family. I met Len in 1978 and had many fun times with him when we worked in Holland, UK and Toronto area before he moved to Calgary. He was a kind, gentle soul who endured everything with grace, his sense of humour and ability to laugh will always stay with me, no-one else ever called me "the wench" . Rest in peace Len.

Len will be missed by any of us that had the good fortune to know him. I worked with Len for over 20 years, initially as a client then with Len at Colt and Worley.
I can say in all sincerity that Colt partners were very proud to have Len as our Procurement Manager. He was a key contributor to our success.
Rest in Peace, Len.
My sincere condolences to Lil and Family. Len and John Vivian hired me to help with Logistics at Colt on a part time basis on one project. I ended up staying at Colt (Worley Parsons) for 19 years. Len was my direct boss and we shared many experiences. His sense of humor was something to get to know. He often told me to give him a heads up before submitting one of my reports for him to look over. He wanted time to get a new red pen for the editing. He was a great guy and will be missed by all. I believe that he was one of a kind.
My most sincere condolences. I worked at Colt Engineering and Mr. Donkin was absolutely brilliant. I am so sorry for your loss.
Lil and Family
Our deepest condolences to you. Len was a good man. He was the best boss I ever had, listening to all of my concerns and providing the guidance and support I needed. There were many laughs in those days. We would split a side in laughter, with Wilfred too. So many good memories. God Bless Len. And you too Lil for all of the years your love made such a tremendous difference in so many ways.
Very fond memories of Len at Colt engineering, he was a great mentor and very much thought of, he will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to Lil and Family.
Condolences to the Donkin family.
Len hired me at Colt, and with his guidance and mentorship I was there for 18 years. I have many great memories of my time working for Len. Even after his retirement, remembering his words of wisdom helped me throughout my career.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Life dealt him some pretty tough blows but he always fought back hard. Even with all that he endured though, he still remained a kind and gentle soul. Many fond memories of family gatherings and Saturday morning visits with Lil and Len.
Lil, my heart goes out to you. I know how much he meant to you and you to him. The unrelenting care and concern over the years and even more so the last couple of months is testament to your undying love that I hope will carry you through the next while.
Love you all
Brenda
