Condolences
Dear Cathy and family
Diane and I were saddened to hear of Jack's passing. Diane's mom Laurna Phillips at Signature Park told us the news. We wish you peace and many, many fond memories of his life with you. We're sure you have many. He obviously had a full and wonderful life and will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. Perhaps we can catch up once Covid stops ruling our lives.

Condolences from the Seymour family. Jack was so kind and had a wonderful sense of humour! Always loved to run into him over the years. May your memories bring you comfort and joy.
Dear Doug, Cathy, Wayne, Michael:
There are many fond memories I have as a child where Uncle Jack treated us with genuine and sincere extended family members.
Most cherished, are the visits we had when he came to the Nordegg campground where he would always come to our enclave to visit and catch up.
Let peace be with all of your family.
Dear Doug, Cathy, Wayne, Michael:
My sincerest sympathy on Jack's passing.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
He and Myrt were very generous to Bernadine and me by holding our wedding reception in their residence Oct. 19th, 1963.
My memories of Jack go back to Nordegg and the enjoyment he had playing golf with Howie Brooker here in Calgary.
Sincerely,
Skip Smith

Please accept the sincere condolences of Sue and Neil McCrank on the passing of your dear family patriarch Jack.
He was a leader in our community and had a full life filled with love and caring It appears that his children were literally ( chips off the old block) Our prayers are with this wonderful family. Neil and Sue McCrank
I grew up in Mayfair and am a contemporary of Jack's son, Doug. While I have lived in Victoria for the past 40 years, my ties to southwest Calgary remain deep. For most of my young life, I made frequent visits to the Britannia Pharmacy - sometimes just to say hello to Jack. His obituary is spot on as the description of Jack's many positive qualities mirror my experiences with him. He was invariably glad to see me and interested in what I was up to. He was an adult that contributed significantly to my sense of self worth. That is a valuable gift for which I will be forever grateful. He earned that long and wonderful life.
