Condolences
It is from far away and years later that I read of David Wickham's passing. I fondly remember him at Charles English Motorcars sharing his passion for Jaguars. A gentleman indeed. Condolences to his family.
Wes and I met David and Ruth through Wes’s association with Jaguar of Calgary during the 90’s. We remember David as a true gentleman (and you Ruth as a true lady). May your many years of happiness comfort you on the loss of your dear husband. Fondly, Wes Martin and Gail Howat
My sincere condolences to you, Mike and your family in the loss of your dad. Take care . Joan Ailsby
Dear Mrs. Wickham,
I am very sorry to learn of Mr. Wickham’s passing. He was a kind and gentle man, who always made me feel welcome at the dealership. I have fond memories of chatting with him about the many merits of the golden retriever. I know that my Dad really valued his friendship with Mr. Wickham. He was a great comfort to me at my Dad’s memorial. I am sorry for your loss and I wish you that same comfort.

What a joy it was having your Dad in Kitimat for the fishing trip AND the dinners together Mike. I remember it with fondness. This note brings my thoughts and prayers with it Ruth, Sylvia and Mike, Ty and Cam of, yes Ttucker too Eleanor.
One of our fondest memories was of David and his beloved Timber getting into the car and heading out to Millerville to give Timber a run. It was then that he was at his happiest and so was his best pal Timber. Usually on Sundays, we would expect to see David out on the driveway washing his Jaguar or his Land Rover. This was always the best time for a visit. David lived the gentlemans’ lifestyle and we feel privileged to have been included and to have known him. He will be missed.
Love from Elaine and Chuck.
To Mrs. Wickham, Mike, Sly, Tyler and Cameron, our deepest sympathies to your family at this time of loss.

Dear Ruth,
I am so sorry to hear this sad news. David was a fine man and a true gentleman. I know that Charlie felt fortunate to David on the Jaguar team and also as a friend. We both enjoyed the New Year’s Eve we spent with you and David at the Post!
My heartfelt condolences to you and to Michael and his family.
Sincerely,
Mary
