Condolences
I worked with Murray at Devon and found him to be very professional in his approach to his duties. He was proud of his family and spoke highly of them. I will miss our weekly NFL bets. My condolences to his family. Rest in peace my friend.

Hi Donna
Not sure wether you would remember me or not. I worked with Murray at Northstar and Devon for about 14 years.
Our offices were next to each other a majority of that time. Murray and I struck up a friendship very soon after I'd started at Northstar. Probably because he had been through a divorce and I was going through one at the time. He helped through some rough times. Educating me on the nuances of family law and what I could expect in my settlement. I realize only now how important and helpful he was to me at that stressful time in my life.
We would sometimes talk about our daughters to each other. The realities of sharing them with ex's. How we wished we had more time with them.
He used to tell me how much he loved his grandson. How proud he was to be a grand-parent. And how he loved it when you and he would take care of the little guy.
I had lunch with Murray soon after he left Devon on sick leave. It was good to see him even though he was struggling at that time with his sickness. He was totally open about his disease to us but he didn't dwell on it. We talked of old times and laughed about how dysfunctional the company had become! LOL!
I wish I would have stayed in touch. He deserved that.
Our heartfelt condolences to you, Rene' and the entire family.
Bill and Valerie
