Obituary of Kenneth William HARGROVE

April 1, 1938 – Regina, Saskatchewan
February 5, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our dear Ken Hargrove, who passed away in Calgary, on Friday, February 5, 2021 at the age of 82 years. Ken was born in Regina, SK, and raised for the most part in Cabri, SK. He led a rewarding and energetic life with a long and fulfilling career with AGT/Telus. He retired in 1993 enjoying special times with family and friends. He leaves the love of his life, best friend, soulmate and wife of 59 years, Kathy; the loving and devoted father of Barbara (Robert) Jacques, Robert (Dr. Gaylene) Hargrove; and the proud Gramps of cherished Weston and Wade Jacques, Kristen and Kayla Hargrove. Ken will also be missed by sister Nancy (Gil) MacDonald of Nova Scotia.  At Ken’s request a private family gathering will be held to Celebrate Ken’s Life with cremation and interment at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens to follow. Yacyshyn, K. Carlson, L.Chan, and amazing support staff including AHS Palliative Care and Agape Hospice during his time of illness. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ken’s name made to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
