Dear Phil, Brad, Sandy and family.
We consider it an honour to have known Betty. Betty was very genuine and authentic. You could trust her. She was the “real deal!”
We also recognize how smart she was. Her wisdom was valued and appreciated by those around her.
Her most enduring quality was her love for her family and friends. She was thoughtful and kind to all.
We will miss Betty but feel grateful to have had her as part of our extended family.
Love Lawanda, Jim, John, Grant, David and Blake
Very sincere condolences to Brad, Sandy and family on the passing of Brad's mother.

Please know our hearts and prayers are with you all as you navigate this time missing Aunt Betty. We always loved time spent with Uncle Phil and Aunt Betty! One of the times that is very near and dear to my heart was a visit we had to see Mom and Lloyd in Campbell River and they came to their home for a visit for some games. The evening was spent with jeering and teasing that cheating must be happening and it brought a lot of laughter and fun. The thing that stands out to me as an "in-law" niece is how Aunt Betty always made me feel accepted into the family right from the first meeting. She has left into my heart her sweetness and smile that was something she gave so freely every time we met up again.
Uncle Phil and Family... we send much love your way and of course a hug too
Love, Jackie Gartner
