What a great doctor! Did the first Elves procedure on me in 2003. Said it would last at least 3 years. It is now 20 years later and the leg is perfect ( no scars, no pain, nothing). A huge loss! Carol Crouch
Just found out as he was my Dr a long time n I'm shocked I was looking to book in n I just heard from a friend my sincere condolences ♥️
I only learned today about Dr. Grondin’s passing. What an absolute gentleman, he had charisma and spread it for all to enjoy his zest for life!
As a patient, I really respected him and appreciate his quick wit, strong expertise, and bedside manner. He was absolutely remarkable and I was lucky to have him as my surgeon and physician.
My condolences, I just found May 19, 2021 at my annual check up by Dr. DeBruyn, that Dr. Louis Grondin passed away in February 2021. I was a patient of Dr. Grondin since 1996! Dr. Grondin was always happy and had a big smile and a big heart.
At my visits I would tell him a joke and he would laugh out loud. This joke was his favorite... What is is the difference between "an Inlaw and and an Outlaw" ..... at least the Outlaw is wanted. He laughed so hard he was in tears!
Dr. Grondin is and will be deeply missed!

Dear Zorica and family,
I am so sorry for your loss.
It feels like a lifetime ago when I worked for Dr. Grondin at CLVC but I warmly remember how welcoming, enthusiastic, energetic and generous he was. I remember one cold winter day, after work, my vehicle wouldn't start. He offered to let me drive his Mercedes home since he lived close to the office and wasn't needing it that night. I kindly refused and phoned my husband to come get me.
I have many fond memories including the grand opening of CLVC when I met my husband to be, and the many office Christmas parties when Dr. Grondin would be at his finest, entertaining all who attended, especially the children.
Thank you for the memories Dr. Grondin and may God bless you.

I am so sad to hear this news. Dr. Grondin was a brilliant, thoughtful man. He had time for everyone. He and Zorica invited me into their home as if I was a family member. I remember sitting on their patio with them, looking at the beauty of Fish Creek park and just enjoying their company. I feel so fortunate to of known him.
Zorica, just know you are loved by many, I can't stop thinking about you. I hope you find some comfort in knowing that Dr. Grondin changed the lives of many and will be so terribly missed.

Dr. Louis Grondin represented life and life as everyone should live it. A good friend to me and my family. He was kind, considerate, friendly, fun, loving, supportive and very intelligent as he was knowledgeable in many subjects. He was a man of science, arts and humanity. Always caring for his patients, friends and loved ones. He was a prince of a man. A role model. His smile and little twinkle in his eyes would invite you to come into his world to have interesting and respectful conversations. He had a passion for medicine, arts, fishing, traveling and he loved his family dearly.
Dear Louis, we will miss you greatly.
Our sincere condolences to Zorica and family.

My deepest sympathy to Zorica and family.
My cousin Louis, had an heart of gold. I remember a Christmas family gathering when, for some reasons, I became very sad. Louis heard me talking to his father about the cause of my sadness. A few moments later, to comfort me, he came to me and offered me all the money he had just received as Christmas gifts from relatives. I refused, of course. Louis insisted. I still refused.
Louis loved all animals « from the smallest to the largest », as he once à said. Unfortunately, due to the distance between our respective home provinces, we saw each other very occasionally. I wish, I had had the opportunity to better know him.

I consider myself a very fortunate person to have known Dr. Louis Grondin. He was an amazing doctor, energetic business owner, dedicated family man but most of all a great human being. One of his most remarkable qualities was his ability to look at the world as if seeing it for the first time. His positive energy, sense of humor and insatiable appetite for learning will always remind me that life is precious and every minute should be embraced!
The world is a better place for having him in it, he will be missed but never forgotten!
