Condolences
Dear Bob, It is with my deepest sympathy that I send this message to you. I wish you strength and comfort in the next few days, as you deal with your loss of your beloved. Keeping you and your family in my prayers.

Joan Murray phoned me tonight with the news about your Mom. I’m sorry and sad at your loss. Even though we lost touch in recent years, I thought of all of you often. Your mom and I would talk about al kinds of things as we pushed you on the swings at the park, and laugh as we watched you putting on shows on the play structure in my back yard. That was all so long ago, but it seems like yesterday. We talked about God and faith, and your Mom said she wanted me to be her Confirmation sponsor because I was such a heretic. Father Fitz had quite a laugh over that one. Your mom was kind, and very honest. She loved you so much.
Loosing a mom is hard. We lived in our mom for nine months. That makes it a relationship like no other.
I offer you my deepest sympathy.

Your mom and I have been friends for a long time. Even when her health wasn’t so good she was always the same kind, happy person….and what courage she had. She never seemed to let her problems get in the way of living each day to the fullest. She has been, and will continue to be a great inspiration for me.
I have spoken to both Karen and Cathy and both were shocked and saddened at the news.
Hugs to all of you
love
