Dear Mike, Marina, Kale and Reese,
I remember Karen as a wonderful volunteer at Good Shepherd School. She was there not just for her own children but was a big help to the other students and our staff. She has left a legacy in her children, whom will reflect her warm and caring ways. May God bless all of you at this difficult time. May it comfort you to know Karen is at peace in God’s loving arms.

Dear Mike, Marina, Kale and Reese,
Its with sad heart that we heard the news of Karen’s illness and passing. We always remember Karen with a smile on her face and warm greeting at the door, she always treated Riley like one of her own, and was full of life. She will be missed dearly.

To all who have known and loved our niece Karen throughout her well-lived life, we give our heart-felt condolences. She was always a very involved, caring person. She worked hard, diligently, and productively earning respect of us all. She liked a good joke or friendly prank. She aced her dad’s swing-balance lifts as a wee child, couldn’t get enough. She was a dedicated wife and mom. Karen never liked goodbyes. We see now; it is hard, but we have fond memories. Hugs and love. Bye bye Karen
Mike and family, I had the pleasure of working with Karen. She is what inspired me to move into the Well Operations team (ERCB) back in 2004. Before we officially met, I recall her smiling face each time I ran into her in the elevator. So sorry for your loss. May all the great memories you shared together bring you joy and happiness in the years to come.
My condolences to all family and friends, I worked with Karen for many years at the ERCB. She had a winning smile, I will always remember her contagious laugh.
To laugh often and much; To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; To appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded. By Ralph Waldo Emerson. Rest in peace my friend, you will always be remembered.
Dear Mike Mariana Reece and Kale. And the rest of the Dykman family,
Such a huge loss of a wife mother, daughter and a friend to so many. Karen will be remembered by so many in different ways special to them. I remember her for her laugh and sometimes wicked sense of humour. She will shine brightly in the starry skies no longer suffering .
Our deepest condolences to you Mike and family

Karen was my Team Lead when I worked in the Completions Department. I feel honored to have worked with her and to call her “Friend”. She was an inspiration to everyone around her. My heartfelt condolences go out to you and your Family.
Karen is a great person. She was a very good leader. As well as her love for dogs and horses, she also cared very much for the people she worked with. She will be missed.
To Karen’s Kids, I and others wanted you to know that we (some of the people lucky enough to work with), thought very highly of your Mom, she was a smart, and capable person with a great sense of humor… She was great to work for and with, and we will miss her greatly. Your Mom spoke of you kids often, and she was very proud of you all. We all feel your loss, as we indeed all have lost someone special this time.
