Condolences
Calgary Area Beta Sigma Phi would like to send our condolences to Louise’s family. She was a beloved sorority sister and we will all miss her smile and her dear friendship.
My sincere condolences to the family, especially Darlene and Joan who kept me posted when Louise couldn't. When Louise asked me to be co-chair of the NW Regional Beta Sigma Phi Convention, a long time friendship began - over 60 years. I shall treasure the memories and pictures of all our happy times. - Nola Rintoul
My sincerest condolences to the family of Louise. Louise was a good friend to Fran Kitchingham and they spent many happy hours together. She will be missed by those of us who knew her.
On behalf of Calgary Area Beta Sigma Phi members, I would like to offer our sincerest sympathy to the family. Louise was one of our most outstanding members, always encouraging younger members and those who took on various projects. As our Calgary Council President, Louise was a leader to look up to. She also set a fine example when she became the Chairman of our Northwest Area Convention, which hosted 1500 members in Calgary. She was a welcoming host in this capacity as well as smaller groups in her home. We will remember her fondly and are grateful that we can call her a friend.
At the end of our meetings, we recite the following farewell.
"May the Lord watch between me and thee, while we are absent one from the other"
God speed Louise.
