Condolences
I'm very sorry for your loss and to hear of Robins untimely passing. It has been many years since I was at your house where I think you had just finished adding a second floor on it. I think it was just north of the Bow River. I liked and respected Robin immensely. RIP Robin you are with the angels now.
Jennifer, Cathy and I were shocked and extremely saddened to hear about Robin’s sudden passing. Our heartfelt condolences to you. Robin was a kind, generous and very smart person and will be greatly missed.
Cathy really appreciated the encouragement he gave to her to go to college later in life and misses his uplifting and affirming messages. I remember his leadership skills when we were working on our 4th year mechanical engineering projects at UBC. I knew then he would go far.
The world is truly poorer with his passing.
Hallelujah!!! Robin Gill went up!!! He is now one of the LORD our God's army of Angels. I was the ring bearer at Jenny & Robin's wedding. Jenny & Robin lived with us when I was young. Angel Robin came to me just the other night shielding me by placing himself between myself and the awesome power of the LORD our God. They told me to alter my way of life or my death will be considered a suicide. I am not the as I do not do the same things. God & Robin changed my life forever once again. Even after his death. I LOVE YOU ROBIN!!! I MISS YOU BUDDY!!! YOU WILL BE HONORED, REMEMBERED AND PRAISED AS LONG AS I LIVE!!! Jennifer, my thanks for your kind phone call. I appreciate you taking time during this stressful period.
Robin was a great engineer, always a super friend and I will miss our conversations.
I wish you all the best. When I visit Calgary I will call you at that time.
My sincere condolences to you and to Robin's family.
Mike Doherty,
Amoco Engineer December 1979 thru October 1988
Jennifer, I'm shocked at the news of Robin's accident and his passing. He was always so careful. I'm reliving the good times that we spent together in Houston, Bahrain, London, Athens, Lagos Nigeria and Canmore. He was a good man and I'm so sorry that you've lost him.
I will pass on his obituary to Shaikh Hamad. I talked to him a few days ago and both of us offer any help that you need in these difficult times.

Our condolences to Jennifer and Robin's family. It is a shock to hear of this tragic news, we have known the Gills since the late 90's, Robin was a great driving force to help shape our little community in the foothills of Alberta, and they have put a great deal of effort and pride to build their dream home, a sad day for Square Butte, it will not be the same without him.
We were blessed to have known Robin and Jennifer for close to twenty years, sharing birthdays, Christmases and other holidays together overseas and in Canada.
Our children Julia and Brian also have fond memories of playing board games, celebrating Christmas dinners, great conversations and wine and Robin relaxing on the couch as we chatted into the wee hours of the morning.
John had the pleasure of a trip in his Aztec airplane to the Osh Gosh Airshow with Robin and his friends.
Robin was astute, thoughtful and we will miss his laughter, kindness and presence in our family’s lives.
Our hearts and prayers go out to Jennifer and family. God has another angel in Heaven.
Anne and John Radic
My condolences to Jen, Pete, and all Robins family. I had the pleasure of many wonderful flying adventures and comradery with Robin. He will be sorely missed
My sincere condolences to all of Robin’s family and friends, when the lord calls our loved ones home, he leaves a gift of memories in exchange. I will hold in my memory Robin’s infectious laugh.
The sadness of Robert’s passing will be shared by many, and all who knew him. He was an absolute gentleman, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The quality of his character and integrity shone through every time, in every interaction, if it was a sustained conversation, a negotiation, or even a simple hello in passing. My heartfelt sympathies to family, friends and associates.
My sincere condolences to Robin’s Family. He was a lovely man to be around. We worked in the same building and I’m sure going to miss our afternoon or coffee time chats. Just a genuine soul that I will miss tremendously. There is definitely a void around the office these days. Much love to you Jennifer and family.
