Condolences
We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Betty’s family. She was a wonderful lady.
Sincerely Larry & Donna Van Heukelom
Betty was one of the first people we met when we moved into the Condos at Valley Ridge over four years ago. She was a huge part of our community. She was happy to participate wherever she could, be it gardening, Friday Happy Hour, Coffee Time with the girls and many other special events. She was always there with a smile and ready to help wherever she could. One of my favorite memories is of our Line Dancing Classes we held in the lobby in anticipation of the Calgary Stampede. A group of us went to the Stampede together, on Seniors Day, via an actual Stagecoach (compliments of Deb’s son Pete) - we all had a great time. We were friends on Facebook and I always enjoyed Betty’s posts of Saskatchewan - I will miss them - we will miss Betty. Our sincere condolences to her children Tara, Troy, Trevor and families and her brother and sister-in-law. We will remember Betty with much fondness. Don & Julia Jensen
Ed and I will always remember all the good times we had with Betty. She was always such a positive and happy gal to be around , a true inspiration to us all!

Tony and I moved into the Townhouses across from Betty’s condo 3 years ago this summer. Betty was always so welcoming! We enjoyed our visits with her at Friday “Happy Hour” ! I enjoyed our chats during the spring planting! We all will miss her!
Betty spoke very highly of her family. Our thoughts are with all your family at this difficult time.

Betty was a wonderful and beloved member of our condo community at Valley Ridge Estates. She really enjoyed the Happy Hours, Monday morning coffees and BBQ's in the courtyard and impromptu meet ups in hallways and by the mailboxes. She will be very much missed by all who knew her. RIP dear Betty.

Our prayers and thoughts are with all the family at this sad time. Betty was our neighbour and always ready to partake in any adventure we presented. Her ride up-top on the Stage Coach on our way to Stampede was a first for her and one she didn't want to miss out on. If Betty could help, she was always there. She had a quiet strength and we will miss our great conversations. Norma and Ken
