To all of Cathy’s family,
I knew Cathy for many years through schools and St. Bonaventure. Young Russell was in my daughter’s class. Cathy was a lovely, friendly lady with the most beautiful smile. She always made me feel wonderful.
I will not be able to serve at Cathy’s funeral as my sister passed away on Monday and am heading to Red Deer to meet my families for her funeral on Friday. May The Lord comfort you in this sad time. Blessings & Prayers.
Russ, our condolences to you and your family, may happy memories help get you through this difficult time. With our deepest sympathy, Ed & Marian Williamson
Dear Kelli and family, I was so sorry to hear of the passing of your wonderful mom. She was the type of person that was incredibly beautiful inside and out. I remember through the years the love and laughter that filled her home. I felt incredibly welcome each time I had the pleasure of being there. Kelli you have definitely inherited her humour and her heart. Her light will live on in the angel that will now watch over all of you. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you now and in the days to come. Sending our love
I am deeply saddened by this news and my thoughts and prayers are with family and friends. I take solace in knowing I am on a first name basis with another Angel. Her journey towards her next mission to bless others with her presence and love will be followed by those of us she touched here on earth.
Dear Tamara
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy in the passing of your dear mother . I used to chat with
her a lot at church at Bonaventure but since we moved 5 years ago have not see her . May your
fond memories and good times together help to sustain you in the coming days . She was one
lovely lady .

Our deepest condolences to all the family , sorry that Cathy was unable to attend the McCann reunion last year in Quyon , I never had the opportunity of meeting Cathy .
I will now remember Mary Catherine as a smiling angel inspiring our journey with her unconditional love. My family joins me offering you all our affection and sincere sympathy.
I would definitely like to offer our most sincere condolences, to her loving husband (Russ), her children, Kelli, Tamara and Russell, her beloved grand-children, and all her extended family, and friends, that were lucky enough, to have had this angel in their lives. I had not seen her in quite a while, but, since Marilyn and I were so close, every time we would talk (which was about every two weeks), until she left us, in 2010, she would tell me all about everyone, and I could feel the love she had for every single one of you. Since Marilyn has gone, I was lucky enough to see their brothers, John and Murray, and their wonderful spouses, at the Mc Cann family reunion, in Quyon, QC. My husband, Richard, and our children, James, Vanessa and Chanelle (Maxime B.) all join me, in expressing their condolences.
I am so sorry, that I forgot to mention her wonderful sister, Margot. Our condolences to her, and her family as well, of course.
Murray, Margo, Jane, John
Great sadness on the loss of your beautiful sister Catherine. April 2016 Catherine e-mailed my sister Louvain and I in anticipation of the McCann reunion. Catherine spoke of memories of your parents Kay & John. Memories of Lloyd & Lois and Dad & my trip to the Calgary Stampede & staying at Kay’s home. Memories of Lester & Jean & Aunt Mildred. Catherine remembered how close Mildred & Lois were. Catherine said she was so happy to re-connect again. I am so grateful to have had that contact. Meeting with Murray, Margo & John at the reunion & on going contact with Margo over these months & keeping Catherine & her family in thoughts & prayers I feel like I have a sense of Catherine & her love of life & family. I know all of you have a special advocate in heaven looking out for each of you.
