Condolences
Hello Elaine:
Most saddened to hear of Bob's recent passing.. My sincere condolences, Elaine, and to all your family..
John Anderson
So very sorry. I have lots of fond memories of the early days of FSC, which, of course, include you all. Godspeed, Mr.A.
My sincere condolences to all of the Allen Family, Elaine, Bob Jr., Bill, Janet, Sheila and grandchildren.
I have known Bob and worked for him for much of the 25 years that he practiced law in Calgary. I first met Bob when he had an office down the hall from the Law Firm where I was working, shortly after being admitted to the Bar. When space became available he joined the firm and I worked for him from then on until he retired. We saw many changes over the years.
I shall always remember Bob with fondness. He was a good man, a good boss and a true gentleman. Over the years he made me feel part of his family. He included myself and my husband Don in many family functions. I believe that Bob had a good life, which he lived to the fullest. He loved his family above all and I always liked when he referred to his wife Elaine or greeted her on the phone as his “bride”. I remember him talking with pride about his garden and greenhouse. He loved his golfing - golf day during the week was usually Thursday - he wanted to be on his way at exactly 3:30, with no exceptions. He was always punctual and expected it of others in return.
Thank you Sheila for keeping me informed as to how your mom and dad were doing these past years.
Again, my sincere condolences to Elaine and family, May Bob Rest In Peace. A part of him will be with us always.
Julia & Don Jensen
