Obituary of Robert (Bob) Wallace POLLOCK

June 25, 1937 - Edmonton, Alberta
June 26, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta

It is with great sadness that the family of Bob Pollock announces his passing on Saturday, June 26, 2021 in Calgary, Alberta, at the age of 84 years.

Bob was born in Edmonton, where he attended school. Bob played for the Edmonton Husky Jr. Football team for 3 years. He went on to the University of Alberta graduating with a degree in Petroleum Engineering which launched his successful career with Halliburton Services in Saskatchewan, Northern Alberta, Edmonton, Calgary, Spain and the U.K. 

Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 63 years, Yvonne, children, Marg Richardson (Daryl), Rick Pollock (Carolyn), Wally Pollock; son-in-law Peter Raimondi; grandchildren, Stephanie (Graeme), Michael (Eilesha), Jennifer (Andrew), Jason (Nomi), Michelle (Cami), Sheldon (Brianna), Erica, Ashley and Alexander; great-grandchildren, Daniel, Cohen, Luca, Alayna, Aubrey, Izzy, Hank, Preston, Brody, Parkyr and Sutton. He is also survived by his brothers, John (Jeanine) Pollock and Jim (Wendy) Pollock; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bob was predeceased by his father and mother, Wallace and Isobel Pollock, and his eldest daughter, Patricia Raimondi.

Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Crowfoot, 82 Crowfoot Circle NW, Calgary, AB), Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.  Reception and Celebration of Life to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
