Condolences
Like Heidi, I worked with Kathy in HR at TransAlta and share the memory of her wonderful smile. Kathy was a consummate professional, wonderfully organized and capable in everything she did, as well as cheerful and empathetic. My thoughts and condolences to you Michael and to the rest of the family; Kathy will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working by Kathy’s side for many years at TransAlta. We were a close-knit group in Human Resources and I treasure my memories of my experiences there. Kathy was always a patient listener and never hesitated to share her wonderful smile. Michael, I extend my deepest condolences to you. I have no doubt her absence leaves a big void in your life. We were fortunate to know her, even if for some of us it was just a short while. Heidi
I was born in the house and my brother and I grew up living next door to Mr and Mrs Collins. We were neighbours for decades. I have fond memories of Mrs Collins - always kind and with a smile on her face whenever she’d see us. We knew if we ever needed anything, they were right next door to help. Over the years, even after they moved out, we kept in touch and from time to time my father and I enjoy a round of golf with Mr Collins. My deepest condolences on your loss.
So sorry for your loss Mike. Kathy was a wonderful friend and we shared some special memories together. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Dear Michael,
I am so sorry for your loss. Kathy was a dear friend, neighbour and Mah Jong mate. Her sweet smile would light up a room. Always quick witted. Always kind hearted. Ever the diplomat, she made me want to be a better person. May her memory be for a blessing.
With my deepest sympathy,
Luba
