We were saddened to hear about the Bill's death. We remember when we first met him. He came to stay with us in Saskatoon while he scouted out a place to bring his family. He knew more about Saskatchewan than we did. He was always willing to share his knowledge with others and he loved a good discussion - almost as much as he loved a good buffet! Your family became like a second family to us. We have so many memories of good times that it would be impossible to write them all down. We will miss him. We are so glad that the three boys had those last few days with him. As difficult as it might have been, it is time you will cherish in later years. God Bless.
Dearest Uncle Bill. It was a great pleasure to have met you. Thank you for all the great stories, the great insights into life in general, the many chats, and all the encouragement. Your positivity is infectious. It was such a pity that my Dad did not get to catch up with you in Calgary. I know for sure that he would have been delighted to do so. To reminisce about the days, you spent in the same old neighborhood. Perhaps you both can now do so in heaven. We will miss you. Rest in peace. Lots of love Jwee, Annie, Ansel & Avril.
