There are no words to describe the loss of “Auntie” Joan! I was heartbroken to hear the news and I am so sorry for her beautiful family’s loss. Joan meant a great deal to me and I wish I had more time with her! I have so many fond memories (our night caps, self pedicures, our BLT sandwiches, deep conversations, her trip to Ontario to attend my wedding, and her cards with “quotation marks” everywhere). She brought me into her family and she treated me like family. I will miss her deeply and I am so sorry for your loss!

If anything your mom was all about family, opening her home to all with her constant smile and unique laugh! She has instilled her family traits in you all which you will forever have because of her.
