Will Ferguson of Calgary, Alberta, passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at the age of 19 years.

Will was born in Edmonton, AB on August 27, 2002. He went to Sunalta School, West Island College, Western Canada High School, and was a student at St. Francis Xavier University in Business Administration.

Will loved skiing, soccer, Archie Comics, and collecting vintage video games. He also enjoyed driving, Stampeders games, and watching baseball and football on TV.

His family is proud of Will for ski coaching young kids, getting into university, and his strength to fight his struggles everyday.  He will be most remembered for his gentle manner, abundant kindness, inquisitive nature, love for his friends, willingness to help, a good Boogies burger, and spending time at the cottage.

William is survived by his two brothers, Ross and Hugh Ferguson; parents, Lois and Troy Ferguson; grandmother, Helen Ferguson; his relatives, Kim, Paul, Rachel, and Matthew Kloos, Mark, Shannon, Laura, and Matthew Quinn.

Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Park Memorial, 5008 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB) on September 12, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home. The family would like to thank all of Will’s friends for being there for him, their neighbours, cottage friends, the Panorama Ski Community, and friends at AARC.

"You wake up every morning to fight the same OCD intrusive thoughts that left you so tired the night before, and that, my love, is bravery."
