Condolences
Hi it's Chris. Coffee at church is not the same without you and you are missed.
Dear Sue- It was so much fun to visit with you, either away or at home. Tom and I will miss your smiling face and positive attitude, and hope that being with D'Arcy again is joyful. Love from Marianne
It is a gift to have known Sue over many, many years as she, and Darcy, were very dear and long time friends of my father's. Her gentle kindness and love for all shone through each visit and her laughter lit up a room. Sue will always be remembered with much love, Carol Macpherson
Sue was the first babysitter for the Ecclestone, and John remembers Sue with such fondness. She was such a kind, caring person. When I met Sue and D'Arcy before John and I were married, they were both so genuine and down to earth. John and our daughter Emily were able to visit Sue in Calgary about 7 years ago, which was a wonderful surprise.
Much love, Sue, and happiness that you're reunited with D'Arcy.
Our sincere condolences to the family.
Lucille and I had the same wedding anniversary and celebrated together regularly. She was a second man to us - always a comfort in times of trouble or ready to go out and party. She will be greatly missed by many people from Shell HR, Grace Church-on-the-Hill in Toronto and Christ Church Elbow Park in Calgary. It was an honour to give her the Last Rites of the Church last week.
Rev. John and Lucille Gishler, Calgary
I lived next door to Sue for 13 or 14 years. My best memory is Sue bringing me three meals per day when came home from the hospital after breaking my leg. Her kindness was so spontaneous and genuine that I am still touched to this day. God speed Sue; I love you.
You will be missed. From coffee hour at church to talking hockey you were a wonderful lady. The virus has been tough for not being able to see people. There is always someone to call, This isolation has not been good and there needs to be a reconnect
Miss you my friend. Many tasty and
delightful lunches shared after my
chauffeuring journeys with you .
It was always my pleasure.
Love
Ruth
Dear family of “Grandma Sue”,
My sincerest condolences to you at this time. I hope that your fondest memories will brighten your days ahead. I was so fortunate to have witnessed the joy shared by both the school children and their “Grandma Sue” during the reading sessions over many years. Her kindness and generosity made a difference in so many lives.
