Condolences
I was very sad to learn of Tony's illness and passing. He and Dorthea were such good friends to my late parents, John and Kathleen (Kay) Snow. I remember very well the enthusiasm and joy Tony and Dorthea had in life, and also the postcards from their travels, especially to Paris. The support for my own parents during their respective illnesses I shall always be grateful. I can still hear Tony's laughter! A wonderful pair whom we are lucky to have known. John Vance Snow
Dorthea and Family:
Bob and I were saddened to hear of Tony's passing. Tony was one of the first people I met when I went to work at Mobil. He was a joy be around. He was very engaging and always had a smile on his face. I was lucky to have Tony teach me how to make pottery. Recently he gave me his pottery equipment. Just prior to Covid I took a basic pottery course to get back into it. One day I hope to be as talented as him in this area. We enjoyed meeting up with you and Tony in Victoria in the spring time for several years. Our dinners, walks and talks were lovely.
Our thoughts are with you during this tough time!

Dorthea and family, I want to extend my deepest sympathy to you and all those whose lives Tony has touched. He was such sweet person and just a real joy to be near. I was fortunate enough to hear about Tony’s working days, the many holidays, the love for his family, and the light of his life Dorothea. I will always remember Tony as someone with great joy and zest for life. Dorthea, my thoughts are with you.
Dear Dorthea,
In the loss of your husband, Tony, my sympathies and best wishes. I hope you are well and will enjoy your many happy memories of your life together.

Our thoughts are with you Dorothea, and Tony's family, at this very difficult time. I met Tony 68 years ago when he and I were stationed as airmen at Sea Island, British Columbia. Our paths crossed again during our employment with Mobil Oil Canada.
As his obituary reads, Tony was a man of many interests, and talents. If you were looking for a good soup or bread recipe, he would find you one. I believe his ultimate challenge in the kitchen was making a protein rich sausage with the help of a family friend.
Our deepest condolences on Tony's passing. He was a friend to all.

I’ve missed catching up with Tony and Dorthea at Chinook Center when they did their morning walk. We used to share stories of what was going on in our lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family Dorthea. Rest In Gods love Tony.
Sandra and I are heartbroken at the news of Tonys passing. He was indeed a great guide when it came to Paris! In fact one of our favorite memories was the day we spent with Tony and Dorthea in Paris. They took us on a walking tour of their favorite district (where they often stayed) regaled us at an awesome lunch and gave us numerous things to do during our stay. We even ended up at a concert with them that they suggested at St. Chapelle a few days later. Tony had been a great friend to my father since they had been young men (pre-wives I believe) and remained a close friend to our family for as long as I can remember. In recent years they had had us to their home for delightfully prepared french meals and we returned the favor a couple of times. The appetite for life that both Tony and Dorthea shared always amazed me and brought much joy. I knew they were perfect for each other. I am truly upset that we were not able to see Tony in his last days. Covid kept us apart too long. Farewell Tony. You’ll always be remembered by us.
Margaret Anne and I have known Tony and his sons from many years ago, dating back to Peace River in the 1950's.
Tony was always a good friend and a great conversationalist.
Sadly in recent years Frank has seen his struggle with ill health and yet his positive attitude.
Rest well my friend.
Frank and Margaret annex Halpenny
