Condolences
I had the good fortune of acting as Jean's companion through A Friend Indeed. What started as casual outings soon became much anticipated visits as we became good friends. Jean was always a gracious, thoughtful lady who was interesting to talk with. She shared her life story with me and was always be ready to chat about current events. Jean loved to talk about fashion, cars and travel and was quick to laugh. Over time, and sharing so many experiences, we became very close and I was sad to see Jean decline. Thank you for coming into my life Jean. I will always love you. Rest in peace sweetheart.
At first a neighbour and then a beloved friend for many years, we shall always remember Jean. She had an indominable spirit, always kept up on current news and events, and had an excellent memory of her many travels around the world. Jean could recall not only the sights she had seen, but the people she met and befriended along the way. Her family meant everything to her. She was always interested in hearing about our family, as well. What a joy to have had her as a dear friend. Rest well, dear Jean.
