Condolences
Erin and Family,
My deepest sympathies in the loss of your father. I just heard of his passing. As I mentioned in your mother’s obit, my late husband and I spent many fun times with your parents in our earlier years in our marriages. My husband Les and your Dad were both first year Geologists at Amoco and they and two other first year people at Amoco shared a four-plex together (Dalhousie area) in their single days. I am so sorry for your loss. He was a very dedicated father!

With deepest sympathy to Erin, Euan and Ethan for the loss of a loving and kind Dad/Grandfather. Without meeting Ed, whilst cleaning my car, I would never have met my great friend and adopted little sister Erin. Stay strong Erin as we know you will, we will all be here for you when you return. Much love Shelley
Sending our heartfelt condolences to Erin, Andy, Euan and Ethan. We are thinking of you and sending all our love. Remembering Ed with fondness and knowing he will be missed as much as he was loved. We are here for you and keeping you in our thoughts. Much love and strength, Lisa, Matt and Milly xxx
Sending my love and condolences to Erin and her family. Meeting Ed when he visited them in the UK, I have particularly fond memories of us training together at the gym. A kind and gentle man, yet always up to the challenge, it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company.
Condolences and warm thoughts. Ed was such a kind and lovely person, we all enjoyed seeing him when he came to visit Cheltenham and he will be much missed. Thinking of you Erin, but know he will live on in your heart forever. Lots of love, Elisabeth, Rob, Oscar and Otto
Condolences from my wife and I to the family of Ed at this time of his passing. I was acquainted with Ed during the 1970's when we both worked at AMOCO oil company, then again during the 1980's when we both worked in Tripoli, Libya for different oil companies and my wife, Elizabeth taught at the Oil Company School there. We met again in the 90's in Benghazi while working for a Libyan oil company there. Those were interesting times, living on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.
We were surprised and saddened on the unexpected passing of this old friend.

Ed was a close friend of my partner, Robert Campbell, a fellow Cabadian, who sadly passed away 18 months ago but when that happened Ed gave me so much support and jollied me along when life got tough for which I shall always be grateful.
I shall miss his long, newsy emails and his cheerful nature. R.I.P. Ed your journey is over!
