Condolences
So sorry to hear of Randy's passing. I remember him as a great teacher and loved his cartooning. My thoughts are with you, Kathy and your family.
We are so saddened to hear of Randy's passing. He was such a dear friend to our family. I always enjoyed our chats and lunches.
Hugs to you Kathy, and your children during this heartbreaking time.
I keep picturing Randy with my dad up there, enjoying a glass of scotch (or 2).

May your dad rest peacefully, painlessly...
Randall was a true renaissance man. Such intellect, wit, honesty, and humour. Our world is truly a bit more dimly lit with his passing. He missed every day. Our hearts go out to you and family and look forward to seeing you at his commemoration. Please let me know if I can assist in any way. ❤️

Kathy, I am so sorry for your and your family’s loss. Randy was a kind man. It was my pleasure to work alongside him on the Foothills Academy Society Board and earlier on FAPA. You are in my family’s thoughts. Tara Rihn.

Dear Kathryn and family, this is the hardest part of life when we must say goodbye to our loved one and all the experiences we shared with them. Those memories are locked in your heart to feel when you need them.
Kathryn, I remember sitting in the library when Randy walked through and saw your eyes connect with each other. I saw that look of deep and special love for each other, the kind of love that a beautiful relationship brings perfection when together.
I feel such sorrow for your loss and for your children's loss. May you all find comfort and support with each other through the difficult days.
Thinking of you with tender care,
LINDA JENKINS
I am saddened to hear of Mr. Birks (Randy) passing. He was an awesome teacher to me who really inspired my creativity and left me with many positive thoughts in my High School experience. My condolences to his family.
