Condolences
Cathy, Ian, and Doug and families
Thank you for doing such a lovely funeral for Bob. It was an honor to have participated.
We will miss both your parents very much. We considered them part of our family. Bob loved to tell his stories and jokes. They were endless as was his smile. I loved his shortbread and consider shortbread the best of all cookies. I miss not getting his annual shortbread delivery.
Even thought we wish Bob could have stayed here a little longer, we know he is happy with Betty in heaven. They are now pain and care free. Bob will be telling his stories and Betty will be planning their next trip. And, of course, they are watching over all of you.
Know that you are in our hearts and prayers. We will have a mass said for Bob at our parish church.
With much love,
Jeanne Lefebvre and Harvey Olsen
Cathy, Ian, Douglas and Family. Sending our condolences, he was a wonderful person.
Bev (pistawka), Bob Fournier
We were saddened to hear of Bob’s passing and wish to express our sincere condolences to the Buchanan family in their time of loss.
Bob had a depth of knowledgeable and experienced in both manufacturing and construction work and a “Go to Guy” when experience was required to resolve difficult problems. His many years of service are a testimony to his great career at Dominion Bridge.
After Bob’s retirement we visited him and Betty at their Calgary home on occasions and enjoyed a “Wee Toddy” and great conversations. He will certainly be missed by his working colleagues but will be with Betty forever.
God bless Bob and his family,
Irv and Brenda Brewer
