Condolences
Uncle Fred we will miss you very much. We enjoyed the countless barbeques at you and Auntie Irene's place. Your smoked ribs, salmon and caesar salads were the absolute best! We are praying for you. Have a great trip to Heaven! We will (hopefully) meet you again in Heaven.
P.S. Thanks for teaching our dad how to BBQ.
Sincerely,
Richard, Neliana, Kristian and Oriana Los
Hi Irene:
Thanks for keeping us updated on Fred. We will miss him as well and fortunately we have many fond memories of the barbecues at your home and fun at the Stampede with the old Midway Awards Committee. Nothing but happy times.
Our condolences,
Bob and Maureen
Irene and I meet in the early 90's at the ladies bowling leaque and became fast friends. The Post families all enjoyed Fred's world famous BBQ's, Stampede party breakfasts, Boxing day dinners, sausage making and of course we all celebrated our birthdays throughout the year. Fred was very proud of Russell and a wonderful dad. Irene I know u and Russell will miss him but he is out of pain now and hopefully happily looking down on all of us. 91 is a pretty good age right. From all of the Posts families we were all glad to have all of your families in our lives. love marg
Fred was a wonderful man and a lovely neighbor of many years. My first memories of Fred was as my son Sean's little leaque coach. His son Russ and Sean were good friends and co-players and loved to play baseball with their favorite coach! We shared a love of barbeque and country music. He will be remembered with fondness and great memories. Our prayers are with his family. Lynne and Ross Pattie
